Yes, 2007-8 filed EB2 I-485 base my own I-140. Priority date is 2007-7.

2. "2010.7 transfer to my hu*****and's priority data (2005.8)" - Any I-485 filed being based on your hu*****and's I-140? What is his I-140 EB-1/2/3 and priority date?

My hu*****and's I-140 is EB2, priority date is 2005-8.
