Do I need to apply for a new Social Security card after I got GC

I found in Pjang's article "你的 SSN 卡上印有 "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION" 字樣，可以考慮到 SSA 去換一張新的，把那幾個字抹掉（原來的號碼是不變的）。"

My SSN has "Valid for work only with INS authorization", Do I have to apply a new SSN card?
