我的情況是這樣的，我於2010年7月交了I-130 (F2A，綠卡持有者的配偶),這個月排期到了，雖然130還沒批，我還是交了485並且收到了USCIS的收據。今天又收到130的approval notice。我想請問以下幾個問題：
1。130 approved了以後，我需要再給USCIS補充什麽材料麽，比如把這個批準通知寄過去？我之前申請485的時候隻是附上了130的收據。

2。130的approval notice上寫著我的原始申請被送到了national visa center (NVC)。
-USCIS made mistake to send this approval notice to NVC. Nothing needed to do at this point. If NVC contact you, just reply to NVC that you have filed I-485 and ask NVC not to process your case for the consular processing.
而485的email收據上寫著485被送到national benefits center。這是正常的麽？
-This is normal and you will need to do interview. So, just wait for the interview notice from national benefit center.
我以為他們會把批準的130和我的485放到一起。
3。130的approval notice上寫著NVC processes all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action。請問是所有的批準的130都要去NVC麽？我已經人在美國，有自己的h1b身份，不知道為什麽還需要consular action.希望各位大師解惑，萬一我申請中有什麽錯誤可以-及時更正。
