我是美國公民已經三年了。我的父親這是第二次來美國。我父親是今天持B-2簽證來美國。我準備這次給他辦綠卡。

我想請問下大家，是不是要等父親來美二個月後才可以遞交I-130 and I-485.

-had better wait for 3 or more months to file the I-130 and i-485 in case USCIS think your father had the immigration intent before he entered US using B2 visa.
