本人申請NIW,據說需要填ETA-750B。但我發現該表格是"FOR ADVICE CONCERNING
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALIEN EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION"，所以還是不懂為何一定要填這
個表。
另外表中很多問題都是基於“未來”所將要從事工作的。比如：
8. Name and Address of Prospective Employer if Alien has job offer in U.S.
9. Occupation in which Alien is Seeking Work
請問這些想是不是一律填現在正在從事的工作呀？
-Fine. The principle is that you need to identify your working area/field consistent with what you indicate in the NIW I-140.
另外第十項還問：Alien is in the United States and will apply for adjust-
ment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident
in the office of the United States Citizenship and Immigration
Service at ？？？？？？
是填現在工作的城市嗎？
-Check the I-485 instructions to find which Service Center (i.e.TSC, NVC) you are supposed to file your I-485 in the future based on your current residency/address.
如果過一段時間換城市工作了要緊嗎？
-No problem.
