請問P大師和8大師有關父母綠卡

父母的綠卡申請received day 是11月22日, finger printer notice is jan 5, 2011.請問為什麽我父母的移民局的通知是以MSC開頭的. 而不是以EAC,WAC,LIN or SRC 開頭.現在我上網查移民online case status,it said it is still not available. please tell me why take so long to get my parent's case online and why their case is beginning with MSC. thanks and have a good holiday!!!
