請教為父母申請綠卡及按指紋問題！多謝！

請教各位前輩，想趁父母在美期間給他們申請綠卡，請問：

1 如果在加州申請，可不可以在德州按指紋呢？

2 另外，麵試也必須在加州進行嗎？
