我的補件是NIW 140的，真的是如果補件通過就不需要排期很快可以拿到綠卡嗎？

-Not true. You need to respond to the RFE and then, USCIS may approve your NIW I-140. Then, you have to wait for the priority date to be current to file I-485. Long way and long time to go. So, just go to do the RFE response. If you want to get the GC quickly, you may also try Eb1A besides the NIW.
