i-864 question

我正在給父母申請綠卡，我和老公每年是合在一起保稅的，我一個人的收入已經可以擔保了，那麽我老公還要填i864a嗎？如果他不用填的話，那麽i864表的第25個問題：My todtal income(adjusted gross income on IRS form 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal tax returns for the most recent three years was？我應該填我和老公的總收入呢還是我個人的收入？我和老公是合在一起保稅，所以沒有1040EZ表。
另外請問，我需要提交1040，w2, 1099的複印件，還需要提供1040附表1040a,b,c...的複印件嗎？
