填寫140-Part 7配偶信息時，讓選擇是否"Applying for adjustment of status",and "Applying for a Visa Abroad"。
現在配偶在國內，但等到可以遞交485是應該在美國了。
請問這種情況，是應該在“Applying for adjustment of status”後選擇"Yes"嗎？還是不填？還是都無所謂？
-Depends on whether the beneficial will get the green card within US or getting the immigration visa outside US. If filing I-485 in US, choose "Yes" to “Applying for adjustment of status”, otherwise choose "Yes" to "Applying for a Visa Abroad"。
By the way, is the sponsor a US citizen or green card holder? Also, if the sponsor file the I-130 before the beneficial enters US, it is immpossible for the beneficial to get the B1/B2 visa to enter US due to immigration intent. So, be careful to this issue.
