父母B-2 去年一月簽證:多次進出的簽證一月8號失效
二月份來美, 延了六個月(謝謝各位的信息):I-94 有效至 一月17號
想讓他們再合法呆一年(幫我看小兒).

看了PIJIAN大師的"B-1/B-2 境內延留之攻略" 很有幫
"3) 在前麵的情形下的同學，有不願意掏冤枉錢的，就在父母的 I-94 快到期之前，去加拿大或是墨西哥旅遊一下。然後在 I-94 過期之後再入境，於是又得到一張六個月的新 I-94."
-It does not work in your parents' case because they have extended their status for another 6 month period (total 1 year) already.
