EAD 問題

我是2007年8月1日辦的485。同時辦的EAD沒用過，早已過期。我現在辦EAD算renew嗎?根據uscis 網上的信息，If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765.請問我現在需要交$380的費用嗎？
