I think you laywer want to check the job description on Labor Certificate to determine whether your green card application is portable from old company to new company. Your old lawyer should have a copy of the LC application form, you will find the job description on there.

 

Meanwhile you don't remember you have any copy of the lc application form, as you need to sign it when you apply for it, they need to give you a copy anyway.
