回複：弱問，我的情況能申請EB2嗎？

公司最近同意給我辦綠卡，在加入公司之前我有3年工作經驗。雖然有美國Engineering的PhD （直博，沒有碩士學位），但是畢業後一直在IT行業打滾。工作內容和我當初學的不屬於同一專業。

請前輩指教我這樣的情況有沒有希望申請EB2

-Yes if the PERM position requires MS or higher (e.g. Ph.D) degree. So, depends on the position requirment.
