剛拿到H1簽證開始在美國工作。聽說現在H1也享受免稅政策，不知道是免州稅還是聯邦稅？

-The China-US Treaty only applys to 免聯邦稅 and you still need to pay the state income tax.

具體流程是怎樣的呢，不知道怎麽去跟會計部門談？

-Talk to Human Resources not to withhold your Federal Income Tax (you need to complete a form). If they withheld your federal income tax, you can get it back when you file your personal Federal Income Tax Return and then, IRS will return the moeny to you.
