我的family based 2A I-130優先日期是2010年7月，所以根據12月的visa bulletin這個月可以交485了。我現在還沒有交上去就發現2011年1月的排期退到了2008年。我的理解是隻要在本月31號前，我還是可以交485的，隻不過不會被處理，但是我可以拿到AP和EAD。
