請教高人關於JI waiver 的一件怪事

1. I had sent hardship-based J-1 waiver application to DOS and USCIA.

2. USCIS reviewed my application and then forwared my i-612 to DOS.

3.Then DOS send a <<Request for Sponsor Views>> to my employer NIH and is waiting for NIH response.

 

 

is DOS making a mistake?  我不是在申請 non objection waiver 啊。

NIH 現在是不可能給我no objection waiver 的。 我該怎麽辦呢？
