回複：H1B 2011年6月到期， I140已批，我能換工作嗎？

我的H1B第六年了，明年6月到期。I140剛批下 （公司幫助申辦的EB2）。請問我可以換工作嗎？技術上怎麽處理？

假設我在年初找到工作，新公司可以給我辦H1b transfer，

-Yes.

然後用I140申請延期3年？

-Yes if your current employer does not withdraw the approved I-140.

新公司還用重新給我辦PERM和I140嗎？

-Yes.
