Finally got approval notice from mail yesterday. But not card. It said I might need to have FP. I had FP twice. The latest one was in August. I do not know why I still need one.
-It is just standard notice letter for every case, and it does not mean you need to do the fingerprinting unless you receive a separate biometric appointment notice.

or I am not yet until I get physical card. I'm in US over ten years. I do not know if it is time to celebrate or not. Do you think there will be a change, say, they say you are not greened yet? Thank you very much.
