I am E-filing I-140 online now. I am currently working with EAD. For Part3, current nonimmigrant status, what should I put. I was planning to put AOS, but no choice like this.
-If you have any unexpired I-94, just put that I-94 status there. if you used AP, put "parolee".
Should I choose immigrant?
-If you do not have unexpired I-94, choose "immigrant". It is strange to have that "immigrant" choice there beause this question is "Current non-immigation status".
Anyway, it is not big deal because USCIS already has your background information in thier system.
