Thanks Pijiang for the prompt response. The lawyer is very nice. He did not charge for I-765 but he suggested to file as the filing fee has already been included in the I485. Per him, the benefit of filing I765 is to have the prove of status once I94 expires. I do not think it is necessary but I just want to make sure. Your thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.
