2.I went to infopass on Dec 2 and IO told me that my case assigned to the office on Nov 18. I sent a letter to TSC on Nov 2 that said my case would be current next month. TSC returned my letter on Nov 17. Nov 18, my case assigned. Maybe my letter works.
