聽說有美國移民公司能辦理一直呆在美國的文件，就是我有綠卡，人回國了，他能讓你顯示還呆在美國了，是嗎？在哪能辦啊、這樣會有什麽問題嗎？本人綠卡回國，會較長期限無法回美，謝謝指點!

-That 美國移民公司 is a liar, don't believe it! You have to have the intent to live in US permanently, otherwise USCIS will cancel your green card. Here is an article for your information:

另外聽說在美國出身的小孩如果初二之前沒回美國念書的話，將來考美國大學不按本土學生待遇 ，要考托福的？不知道那位又見到這方麵的法律文件什麽的，請也一並指點，

-Not true. As long as the child is a US citizen, he/she have all the same benefits as any other US citizen students.
