I filed NIW in June 2006. Now I am current. However, I got an email today as follow. I had twice fingerprinter. One is in 2007 and other one is in August this year. I have following questions:
1. Is the email saying that I need another one? Can I call UCSIS to tell them about this? Will it help to speed up my processing time if I call the UCSIS?
2. Does this mean that my background check has not finished? I thought my case has been preapproved and just wait for becoming current. At least, I read someone saying this in this website.
What should I do? Your suggestions and help will be appreciated.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. We will send your appointment notice approximately 14 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. It is important that you keep this appointment.
