我有I-140的收據。 學生駑鈍，我以前的理解是如果我fileI-485在I-140批準以前， 我可以用I-140的收據，但是因為目前I-140已經批準，是否會因為fileI-485時沒有提供approve notice而被移民局索要？ 還請8老師指點迷津！ 謝謝！
-You may get a copy of the I-140 approval notice from your employer (they will not geive the original one to you) and you have the right to get the photocopy. If you do not have the copy of the approval notice, you may just use the I-140 receipt and USCIS most likely will accept it and if they reject your application, they also will return your payment for the fee. So, you lose nothing.
