我是選的NO，因為我不是美國的碩士及以上學位，是中國的博士學位，已經做了認證了。這裏選NO是正確的嗎？

這個地方，我應該選NO還是YES，這裏指明是from a U.S. institution of higher education，雖然我做了中國博士學位的認證，但是不是從美國拿到的學位，隻是認證為同等學位。我應該怎麽選呢？
