c. Is the beneficiary an exempt H-1B nonimmigrant?
1. If yes, is it because the beneficiary's annual rate of pay is equal to at least $60,000?
2. Or is it because the beneficiary has a master's or higher degree in a speciality related to the employment?
如果是非美國的博士學位(中國的)，已經做了學位認證，這裏該怎麽選？主要不明白exempt在這裏是什麽意思？是不占配額的意思？如果是這樣，我是申請公司占配額的H-1B，該怎麽選呢？
另外，外國的碩士及以上學位的申請者，可以申請那2萬個碩士以上學曆的配額嗎？老師們的建議是啥？我本來的想法就是直接投遞那Regular的配額。投遞的時候他們是分開投遞的。
