863211 我上星期五已經收到welcome notice 的信了，信是19日發出的，可是今天律師打電話來說又收到23日發出的reopened的信，他說他也不知道怎麽回事了，你見多識廣，能幫我看看這是怎麽一回事嗎？有沒有批準信都收到了，又被推翻的這種情況呢？謝謝！我現在網上的狀態是這樣的：
