皮匠老師和8大俠，小弟我突然需要EAD工卡，但是剛才efiling的時候忙中出錯，把我的國籍（country of citizenship）給選成了 USA（很鄙視我自己，鼠標滑輪錯誤）。交完錢後才發現。根據以前跟移民局打交道的經驗，如果打服務電話通常就是file一個service request，然後就是等了。但是我需要趕快拿到這個EAD。我已經給我的信用卡公司打電話告訴他們不要通過這個transaction。可是我已經得到了網上submission 成功的確認頁麵，不知道移民局他們會不會charge我的錢。這個是小問題了。
-They will get the payment from your credit account and normally credit card company will alow USCIS to get the money because this transaction is legal (normally credit card company only stop the illegal transaction).
我的想法是可不可以立刻再paper file 一個EAD申請，那個第一個efile 的EAD或者由於沒有收到錢，或者是我不遞交supporting document（submission的時候我選了那個有supporting document 的選項），或者我可以不打指紋，這樣這個錯誤的EAD申請就不能繼續進行審理。
-If you do not provide the support documents in one week, your application will not be processed/cancelled.
我就等他們處理我的第二個paper filing的EAD就行了。
-You have no problem to file another EAD using paper filing. But I still think your efiled application may still work even if there was an error in the form because USCIS should be able to tell that is an error. Also EAD is a temporary document and thus, nothing will affect your anything in the future. Anyway, if you need the EAD urgently, you may just file a new application using paper filing.
不知這樣可不可行還是老師們有更好的建議。
