Perm上寫的工作要求是本科+5年。應該可以EB2吧。

律師可以修改已經交了還沒批的140嗎？謝謝！


-Yes. The lawyer can file amendment even if the I-140 is approved if this is a mistake to select EB3 in the I-140 but the PERM is for Eb2.
