-It is not to do "翻譯認證", but to evaluate whether your degree/credentials quality ontained in China equal to the same degree obtained in US or Canada. Noramlly USCIS rquest that an H1 beneficial or immigration applicant to get his/her international academic degree/credentials evaluated by a US organization. It may still work if you do not get it evaluted, but you had better do that in case.
目前有國內大學出具的學分和學位的中英文翻譯認證件，信封密封敲章的。
另外一個問題，不管認證不認證，是不是隻需要提供最高學位就行？
-Provide the degree you use for the h1 or immigration application (e.g. the highest degree).
