Hi, 863211, I am preparing I-140 filing of EB-1a, please help me with the following questions:
1. I am currently working with EAD (NIW I-140 approved in 2008). So in I-140 form, Part 3, If in the U.S., "current non immigrant status" should be "Adjustment of Status", and the Date of status expires should be the expiration date of EAD, am I correct?
2. Part 4, 6, Has any imigrant visa petition ever been filed? Even though my previous I-140 has been approved, I still need to attach a separate sheet to provide the case number office location, date of decision, am I correct? "Disposition of the decision" means the approval notice, is this right?
3. Part 4, 7, and 8, questions related to labor certification, becuase I am filing EB-1a, I should check "No", is this correct?
4. My hu*****and is now working with EAD too. So Part 7, Item "Applying for adjustment of status" for my hu*****and should check yes or no? I think I should check yes, but not sure about it because he already has EAD. Please help me with this too.
