140都等了5個月了還沒有批，不知道什麽時候才能批下來。老公公司想140批了，可以延3年h1b。可是就怕等到1月140還沒有批，然後再申請h1b延期是可以暫時維持合法身份，但是萬一被拒了就糟了。因為我自己現在工作還沒有搞定，怕到時候全家都沒有合法身份就得回國了。

這個140五個月還沒有批正常嗎？老公同事今年2個月就批下來了呀。

-May ask the employer or lawyer to call USCIS to see what is going on and push them to speed it. Also may consider using premium processing if necessary. nayway, your spouse has to file the h1 extensiobn before his current h1 expires and that is critical for your all family status.
