- The original I-94 card issued by US authorities at the time of your entry into the US

1)請問這些都是原件嗎？感覺是，但是覺得還是謹慎些好。請過來人指點。
2)如果我們不遞交 "Authority to Release Information" form，就意味著我們必須去親自去取回遞交的材料?
