我在大學的實驗室做博士後，140（NIW）PD 06年9月的，現在485pending,期間換到同一個學校的另一個實驗室做博士後至今，但485遞交以後一直沒有文章，其實是沒有做自己的project。請問我的485會不會因為沒有任何publication 被拒呢？


-No problem as long as you work in the same/similar area. Publication is not required for the I-485.


另外如果485批準後立刻轉行會有什麽問題嗎？謝謝！
