NIW 類別140批了之後485pending必須要保持工作嗎？


-The only risk is that if USCIS send you RFE for your employment status and you do not have a job, your I-485 will be denied. Of course, if you are lucky not receiving such a RFE, your I-485 will be fine and may be approved.
