9月我拿到婚姻綠卡(2年的),有一兒子(與前夫生的)9歲在中國,想申請他移民,是我申請還是讓老公(他是美公民)申請.要多久兒子可來美?謝謝
-Either you or your hu*****and is OK. Normally 6 months to one year. It may be faster if your hu*****and is the sponsor.
