回複：回國簽H1會導致pending 的 i485失效嗎？

非主申請人，ap批了卻一直沒有收到。

那麽如果簽H1呢？過去曾是H1，但是換工作以後是用485 的 EAD工作，是否也會影響?

沒有拿到ap,485pending的情況下，如何回美國？
