1. 到底是I-130 還是I-485？

-If your parents will come to US with B1/B2 visa, then you can file I-130 and they file I-485 at the same time. if they do not come to US with non-immigration visa and will apply for the immigration visda in China, you just need to file I-130.

2. 考了一下古，似乎需要：我的出生證明公證，我父母的出生證明公證，我父母的結婚公證。 這三樣都是英文翻譯，中國公證處辦理。

可不可以我替他們翻譯，他們打印出來，拿去公證？

-Fine, but the 公證 department will do it for you and why do you need to do it by yourself? They will charge you the some momeny, anyway.

我父母現在國內，我想讓他們把要在國內辦掉的材料準備好，來美國申請。是不是就是這三樣？
