我哥們自己弄的NIW，剛批準了140；公司老板告訴他可以給sponsor，EB3， 辦perm，
也不用自己付費，他想不辦白不辦。
-I do not think he needs the EB3 unless this EB3 job is in different area from the NIW background/major. Not need to waste money and time even if he does not need to pay.
這會不會影響他已批準的NIW-140呀？
