回複：可以申請兩家父母移民嗎？

我現在為我父母辦綠卡，我本人是經濟擔保人。我什麽時候可以為我配偶的父母擔保呢？我配偶是公民但不工作。這種情況是不是我必須再作一次經濟擔保？

-Your spouse has to be the sponsor to file the I-864, but you can be the co-sponsor to file I-864A together with your spouse's I-864.

移民局是怎麽評估SPONSER的財力的？

-Your whole family previous year income must be 125% of the poverty line in your state for all members of your family inculding the beneficials you and your spouse sponsored for the green card applications.

掙多少錢才有資格？我還符合要求嗎？是不是沒工作也可以申請？我知道很多沒工作的或低收入的都為父母申請到綠卡了。
