急問八老師和皮老師， I824的foreign address 是填中文還是英文？

我看了皮老師的博客和uscis填表的instruction, 都沒有說。應該填中文嗎？英文地址很難翻譯準確，怕收不到consulate的材料。

不好意思，老師問一些比較傻的問題，因為自己不確定，怕誤了事。希望老師諒解。謝謝！
