指紋打了，EAD CARD 也收到了
我的配偶是公民。最近要麵試，我在十年前（在一個很小的TOWN) 有個犯罪記錄（SHOPLIFTING),被罰款$500 左右，在那以後我都沒有任何不良記錄。
我以前所有的 PAPER 也都沒有說過自己有任何犯罪記錄，
我的問題是：
1.這次綠卡麵試我需要給移民官說嗎？
-If they ask, just explain it. It is a very small case and not counted as "犯罪". If they do not ask, just ignore it.
2.可以隱瞞下去嗎？查的出來嗎？
-If you apply for US citizenship in the future, just report it in the N-400. Now just ignore it in the green card application.
