回複：如果海歸, 中斷綠卡申請是不是會影響以後再申請非移民簽證來美?

公司給申請的EB2已經labor certified了, 但是因為個人原因,想要歸了.但是又怕歸去後還想再回來,不知道以後(比如一兩年後)還有沒有可能再去申請非移民簽證來美國(這是不是很明顯的有移民傾向).

-Not affect any visa if the I-140 has not been filed yet. If the I-140 is filed, you can still apply for the H1 visa to come back to US, but not B1/B2, F1/F2 visa.

在美國很多年了,也不想弄得再無法回來.

另外,如果歸了後還能繼續為現任雇主工作,如果公司同意,是不是可以繼續綠卡的申請(盡管人在中國).
