1。我交824的時候，就寄一張表格嗎？需要其他材料嗎？比如cover letter, copy of 485 approval notice? --> 更上一層樓的 I-824

2。如果綠卡被拒，時間超過了6個月follow-to-join的期限，還能再次申請嗎？- 能
