綠卡即將麵試, 急問:

父母綠卡即將麵試, 原來以為隻要帶上麵試NOTICE和護照就可以了. 剛剛看了寄來的I797 NOTICE, 才發現要帶一大堆東西:

I797 NOTICE上麵寫著: You Must Bring the Following Items With You,下麵是一含10幾個Item 的LIST.

針對LIST上的ITEM 有幾個問題:

(1) All documentatuib establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status.

問:該file的材料我都 file了, 這裏指的是什麽?

(2) Original and copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application. Otherwise, we may keep your orginals for our records?

問:難道所有我file給他們的材料,我還有再準備一份?
