Will INS doubt the purpose of

our marriage?

My boyfriend filed I140 in June. His lawyer said it probably could be approved at the end of this year. We are planning on getting married after I graduate this Demcember and file I485 together. My question is, is there any problem if we are married right before filing I485? Will INS doubt the purpose of our marriage? Thanks for your help.
