請教各位老師DS160 for H1B : one question.

Dear all teachers,

I am filling the DS160 form. I need to fill previous work/education/training section. My friend who got the visa said he never fill it for his H1b before.
I do not know why my screen ask me to fill previous work/education/training section. Can you explain it for me? Thank you very much!!!
