我們動用了一切所能，但都沒有找到我們的RP。剛剛看了一下入籍申請的材料，我又看到了一線希望。我們的基本情況是這樣的。我們是2007年11月那到綠卡的，2010年8月回國。在此期間我們除了回國2周探親之外，一直居住在美。這樣算來我們在美連續居住了32個月。我的問題是我們應該怎麽做才能在拿到綠卡5年3個月時申請入籍？（在此期間最大限度的留在國內，最少回美的次數和時間。）牢您費心了！謝謝您的幫忙！！
-You can file N-400 to apply for the US citizenship after you got the green card for 4 years and 9 months. But you can not stay outside US continuously for more than 6 months until you get the US citizenship, otherwise your physical presence continuity will be disrupted and thus, your physical presence will be zero and recounted all over again. Also you can not go back and forth between US and China too often, otherwise the CBP may consider you do not have the intent to live US permanently and thus, cancel your green card.
