4.Is this the second or subsequent request for an extension of stay that you have filed for this alien?

途換雇主C，第三次添I-129，從2008年4月1日開始，到2011年3月31日結束，申請算是換雇主以及extension.

現在該為這次H1b申請extension了，還是同一雇主C，這種情況可以對問題4回答yes嗎？如果回答yes,費用就是320，不知道理解正確嗎？

還有這次 H1b起止日期應該是，2010年4月1日到2012年12月3日，理解正確嗎（總計6年）？

-It is from "2011年3月31日到2012年12月3日" if you do not have approved I-140. If you have an approved I-140, you can extend it fro maximum of 3 years beyond the 6 year limit.
